Flora Corazon Corino Arbas - 2012 Huhn Finalist

Flora Corazon Cariño Arbas is Treasurer of Carmenita Middle School in Cerritos. She is a leader in the peer Mentorship program as well as campus clean-up. Flora is an English distinguished scholar and plays the piano, saxophone and trumpet. Her community service includes summer camp counselor, usher at the family Enrichment Society , and Santa helper at the Sheriff’s Department festival. Her Adviser, Ruthel Kim, notes that both her peers and teachers admire her reputation and character. Floras's future goals have changed from a cashier to a veterinarian as her compassionate personality makes her perfect for the job.
